This 2 bedroom refurbished duplex is located next to the No. 3 piste back to the Cable Car at Le Bettex. A 42 square-meter stunning apartment that offers a panoramic view over the surrounding Alps and Mont Blanc. There are no words to do the views justice, you’ll simply have to come and experience them for yourself! The morning sun rise and setting of the evening sun on the mountains produces some truly amazing views.

- Light and characterful Chalet style living area that includes: 2 sofas, large built in 4k flat screen smart TV with Sound bar, DVD player and Wi-Fi with spectacular views opening out on to a large balcony that overlooks the pool and mountains.

- Both Bedrooms are equipped with handmade solid oak bed frames with new Hypnos (By Royal Appointment) double luxury mattresses. The second upstairs bedroom has reduced head-height. The bed linens, pillows and cases are all Dorma (By Royal Appointment) with a minimum of 500 thread-count bedding and linen.

- 2 additional "Coin Nuit" solid oak Bunk Beds are located in the hallway with built-in reading lights and under bunk storage drawers.

- The bathroom is equipped with a powerful shower over bath with a plentiful supply of hot water, ideal after a hard day on the mountain, heated towel radiator and separate toilet. Plenty of towels are provided for your comfort.

- Sunny balcony south oriented, with a stunning view of the Alps. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee while looking at the gorgeous view of the French Alps, and later watch the incredible colours of the alpine sunset with a glass of wine! The large balcony also overlooks the garden and pool area.

- Private ski-locker in the building with direct access to the slopes via the footpath.

IMPORTANT: We only accept tenants over 25 years. Also, this apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. However for your comfort we only accept a maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults and 4 children up to 16 years.

The house is beautifully decorated with a cozy Chalet style theme mixing modern and rustic styles. Perfect to relax after a long ski day or mountain hike!
